What we keep

• Your email address, and the Google account you want forms shared with if it's different.
• The emails you send us: your form requests, change requests and questions, and our replies.
• The forms we make for you and their links.
• Your credit balance and its history (purchases, forms delivered, refunds).
• A record of each payment: the amount, the number of credits and the payment's ID. Stripe processes the payment; we never see or store your card details.

What we don't see

Responses to your form go only to your copy, in your Google account. We never see, receive or store them.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: to make your forms, handle changes, answer your emails, keep your credits right, and keep records of your account. We never sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

• Google hosts our email inbox and the forms we create.
• Stripe processes payments, under its own privacy policy.
• Your requests are read by an AI model that runs on our own computer; they are not sent to an outside AI company.
• Microsoft hosts our private operator mailbox (Outlook). When an email or a form needs a person to look at it, its details and the email thread (text only) are sent there so we can handle it.

How long we keep it

Our copy of your form. We keep the form we made (the one your link copies from) in our Google account for 90 days after we send it, for our records and support. Then it's deleted automatically: it goes to our Google Drive trash, which Google empties within 30 days. Deleting it never affects your copy, and the link stops working after that, so make your copy first.

Everything else. Your email address, requests, our emails with you, the details of the forms we made (their questions, for changes and support) and your credit history are kept separately, while you're a customer, until you ask us to delete them.

Deleting your data

Reply to any of our emails with "delete my data", or email formly.owner@outlook.com. We delete your email address, requests, messages and our records of your forms, move the original forms and our emails with you to the trash (emptied automatically within 30 days), and confirm by email. Payment records are kept for our accounts without your email address. Unused credits are lost when your data is deleted, so ask about a refund first if you have some.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to see, correct or delete your information, or to complain to a data protection authority. Email us and we'll help.
